- 2 cups Sushi rice cooked
- 2 cups sushi rice cooked
- 1½ cups cooked salmon flaked
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup Kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 –2 tbsp sriracha to taste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional
- 6 –8 sheets nori sheets for serving
- 1 avocado sliced (optional)
Cook sushi rice, mix with rice vinegar, and press into baking dish.
In a bowl, mix salmon, cream cheese, Kewpie mayo, soy sauce, and sriracha.
Spread the salmon mixture over the rice evenly.
Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve warm with nori sheets and avocado slices.
You can swap salmon for crab or tofu for a vegetarian twist. Leftovers store beautifully!
