Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Sushi rice cooked
  • 2 cups sushi rice cooked
  • cups cooked salmon flaked
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup Kewpie mayonnaise
  • 1 –2 tbsp sriracha to taste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional
  • 6 –8 sheets nori sheets for serving
  • 1 avocado sliced (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cook sushi rice, mix with rice vinegar, and press into baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix salmon, cream cheese, Kewpie mayo, soy sauce, and sriracha.
  • Spread the salmon mixture over the rice evenly.
  • Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with nori sheets and avocado slices.

Notes

You can swap salmon for crab or tofu for a vegetarian twist. Leftovers store beautifully!
